“Leticia is a star junior in competition as she has invested and acquired expertise in this area. She is very meticulous in her work, she is good at pre-empting possible moves by the other parties, and her advocacy is directed at judge’s areas of concerns, and she is therefore well-liked by leaders and is regularly instructed by the Competition Commission.”
– Legal 500 Hong Kong Bar 2024
Leticia has a broad practice that encompasses all main areas of Chambers’ work, with a particular focus on commercial disputes, civil fraud, insolvency and competition.
Within a relatively short period of time, Leticia has secured recognition from a leading legal directory as a “Rising Star” in the competition field, particularly for her “meticulous” work, being “good at pre-empting possible moves” by her opponents and for being “well-liked”.
Prior to being called to the Bar in 2019, Leticia was admitted as a solicitor in 2014, where she practised at an international firm. In that capacity, she has acted for listed companies, financial institutions, directors and shareholders in a range of commercial, company and shareholder disputes. She is therefore uniquely positioned to bring highly relevant commercial experience to her developing practice at the Bar.
Leticia holds an LLM from Harvard University and an LLB from the University of Hong Kong.

Civil Fraud, Asset Recovery and Injunctive Relief
Leticia has experience in asset recovery litigation arising out of fraud or misconduct claims, including in the context of wire fraud cases, crypto-related matters and breaches of share pledge agreements. She has successfully secured and resisted proprietary injunctions, Mareva injunctions, ancillary disclosure orders and Norwich Pharmacal orders. Her experience covers proceedings with cross-jurisdictional elements such as injunctions in aid of foreign proceedings and jurisdictional challenges based on proper forum and exclusive jurisdiction clauses.
Company, Restructuring and Insolvency
Leticia has experience in winding up petitions (for the petitioner and the company), unfair prejudice claims, court applications on schemes of arrangement and advising the company on issues arising out of restructuring efforts, including those with foreign elements.
Competition
Leticia has been recognised by the Legal 500 Hong Kong Bar (2023, 2024) as a Rising Star in Competition.
Prior to commencing full practice, Leticia assisted Gerry McCoy SC and Tim Parker in successfully securing the acquittal of the 3rd respondent in Nutanix [2019] 3 HKC 307, the landmark first case brought by the Competition Commission under the Competition Ordinance. The case established important principles, including the beyond reasonable doubt standard of proof in competition proceedings and the test for attribution in respect of employees who had “gone rogue”.
Leticia is instructed by the Competition Commission in ongoing matters.
