Nicole Li

Nicole is developing a mixed practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She has appeared both as sole advocate and as led junior at the Magistracy, Court of First Instance and before the Court of Appeal.

On the civil side, Nicole has been involved in disputes concerning land, trust, probate, personal injury, and matrimonial matters.  In terms of criminal practice, she has experience in long trials and criminal appeals in ICAC-related cases and other general criminal matters.

Nicole served her pupillage with Mr. S.W. Lee, Mr. Osmond Lam, Mr. Anson Wong S.C., Mr. Jonathan Wong and Ms. Queenie Ng, and she also served as a judge’s marshal with the Honourable Mr. Justice Tony Poon.

Prior to coming to the law, Nicole obtained a double degree in Management and Marketing from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and honed her commercial acumen and client management skills through her work in the private sector.
