On 27^th September, 2023, Mike Yeung was invited by Anthony Siu & Co. to speak at a CPD seminar on boardroom fight with local and international cases.

Mike provided an in-depth sharing on boardroom fight/shareholders’ disputes under different context. In particular, Mike gave a detailed account on various ways of dilution and denial of voting rights giving grounds for actions under Divisions 2 (ss.724-725) and/or 3 (ss.728-730) of Part 14 of CO (Cap. 622).
