Parkside’s Nigel Kat SC will join a panel of eminent speakers at the upcoming STEP – Advising Families Across Generations Global Conference in Rome, which is being held between 25-26 February 2025. More than 350 delegates from 47 countries attended the event in 2022, which featured leading practitioners speaking on the big issues impacting the industry. A powerful thought-provoking agenda included: modern families, modernisation of the estate industry, trusting trusts, supported decision-making and artificial intelligence (AI).
