Appointment to Nominations Advisory Committee (Legislative Council)

Lewis Law is appointed by the Electoral Affairs Commission to the Nominations Advisory Committee (“NAC”) for the 2020 LegCo general election to be held on 6 September 2020. His term of office is from 12 June 2020 to 4 August 2020.

Under the law, the NAC is responsible for advising Returning Officers and prospective candidates on whether a candidate is eligible to be, or disqualified from being, nominated as a candidate in an election.
