Parkside Chambers’ Ernest Ng has been appointed as a member of the Torture Claims Appeal Board in Hong Kong with effect from January 2025 for a period of 2 years.
The Torture Claims Appeal Board in an independent statutory body constituted to hear and determine appeals against decisions of immigration officers in relation to claims for non-refoulement protection in Hong Kong.
