Frederick Chan and Dexter Leung conduct trilingual CPD series on Chinese Arbitration Hearings

On 15 March 2023, Frederick Chan and Dexter Leung conducted and launched the second part of the trilingual series of “Conducting HKIAC Arbitration Hearings in Chinese – The Nuts and Bolts” at a CPD seminar at Dentons.

The topics covered included:

2. Pitfalls to avoid when preparing arbitration ‘papers’
3. Tips on preparing arbitration ‘papers’ (correspondence, pleadings, witness statements, expert reports, lists of issues and written submissions)
