Eric Kwok SC

Eric started his career in 1985 at the Attorney General Chambers in the Prosecution Division. There he spent 3 years before leaving to start private practice in 1988.

Eric quickly became highly regarded in the criminal litigation arena, as prosecutor as well as defence counsel. He regularly appears in insider dealing cases and various types of disciplinary proceedings. Eric has also sat as a member of a number of appellate statutory bodies, such as the Municipal Services Appeals Board, Town Planning Appeal Board, Appeal Tribunal (Buildings), Environmental Impact Assessment Appeal Board, and more.
