Parkside is delighted to announce that Benson Tsoi, who was admitted to the Bar in 2007, will be appointed Senior Counsel of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on 11 May 2024. Benson specialises in criminal law, particularly organised and white collar crime.

Chief Justice of the Court of Final Appeal, the Honourable Chief Justice Andrew Cheung, announced the appointment today, 26 March 2024. Benson’s appointment to the Inner Bar will take effect from the date of the Instrument of Appointment, on 11 May 2024, at the ceremonial proceedings in the Court of Final Appeal.
