Parkside Chambers is pleased to share that Nigel Kat SC’s Roster term on the AAA/ICDR Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators has been renewed for a three-year term ending 30 July 2027.
Nigel’s panel membership is supported by his New York qualification – a distinct differentiator of Nigel’s practice. Many securities-related arbitration agreements have a New York law clause and Nigel is delighted to be able to contribute and represent HK.
The AAA/ICDR (American Arbitration Association and Independent Centre for Dispute Resolution) routinely assesses members of the Roster and reviews the overall Roster to determine whether the composition of the Roster matches the needs of their various caseloads.
