On 19 December 2023, Parkside Chambers had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation of experienced and renowned arbitrators of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) comprising Professor Wang Qianhua (王千華), Mr Chen Junyao (陳君堯), Mr Liu Zhong (劉中), Mr Peng Ning (彭寧) and Mr Xu Sanqiao (徐三橋), as well as Ms Zhang Chang (張暢).
The visiting delegation met with Osmond Lam (who is on the SCIA Panel of Arbitrators), Frederick Chan (Chair of the Parkside Chambers Mainland Affairs Committee), Jeffrey Li, Jeremy Yau, Dexter Leung and Raphael Leung. The delegation shared their insights on various practical and topical issues encountered by Hong Kong barristers and Greater Bay Area (GBA) lawyers practising in arbitration in Mainland China.
