On 2 September 2023, Benjamin Lam delivered a seminar to members of the Wenzhou Lawyers Association on the topic of interim measures in Hong Kong for international arbitration.
The seminar was given as part of a 4-day training course organised by the Wenzhou Lawyers Association for Wenzhou lawyers specialising in foreign-related matters (溫洲市涉外專業律師人才培訓班).
On the same course, Lu Kai, Clara Leung, and Zhu Jiaen of Zhong Lun Law Firm LLP delivered seminars on Hong Kong civil procedure and the Hong Kong finance and capital market.
