On Friday, 26th June, Parkside Chambers’ Fergus Tam delivered a CPD seminar for about 30 solicitors at Simmons & Simmons’ offices.
Fergus focussed on Practical Tips for Interlocutory Injunctions. The talk covered three specific scenarios in which clients may find themselves. He shared practical tips and punctuated the talk with his previous cases to elucidate his points.
