On 19th July 2023, Jacquelyn Ng gave a CPD seminar at Dentons entitled “Case updates: Insolvent Winding-up”.
The talk examined a host of recent cases in the Companies Court and considered some common issues arising in winding up domestic and foreign companies in Hong Kong on grounds of insolvency.
