Parkside’s Martin Wong takes silk

Parkside was thrilled to celebrate the admission of Martin WH Wong to the Inner Bar today, as he was appointed to the rank of Senior Counsel in the HKSAR. Members from Parkside appeared at the ceremony at the Court of Final Appeal.

The Hon Chief Justice Andrew Cheung presided over the proceedings. The Secretary for Justice, Mr. Paul Lam SC, the Bar Chairman, Mr. Jose Antonio Maurellet and the President of the Law Society, Mr. Roden Tong, all delivered erudite addresses in front of esteemed members of the Judiciary and the legal community.

Martin extends his heartfelt thank you to Parkside for empowering and supporting him over the years. This is a watershed moment for him and we all look forward to an exciting future and a great new journey with Martin as our newest silk.
