Raphael is a Bar Scholar. He is developing a broad practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. Raphael’s practice is wide-ranging and adaptable, covering diverse areas such as commercial arbitration. commercial disputes, insolvency, companies and shareholder matters, land dispute, trusts, probate, injunctive relief, private international law, employment disputes, charity, and discrimination suits. His bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both simplified and traditional) ensures he is adept at providing written submissions in both English and Chinese (both simplified and traditional), and conducting hearings in both languages.
