Robert Chan and Fergus Tam were invited to adjudicate the preliminary round of the Basic Law Mooting Competition 2023, which took place on 14 October 2023 at the University of Hong Kong.
The moot, which is co-sponsored by Parkside Chambers, concerns constitutional law issues and is run each year by the Advocacy and Mooting Society of the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong.
