简介

Benson 是一位刑事大律师，并在2024年获委任为资深大律师。同年他于《钱伯斯大律师指南》 白领刑事罪行领域中被评选为最高级的 “星级人物” 级别 (成为全港首位) 并且荣获"商业犯罪辩护类别客户选择大奖"。在2025年，他成为刑案权威书籍《Archbold Hong Kong》总编，同年亦出任高等法院暂委法官。他在《道尔指南》领先刑事资深大律师中被评选为最高级别的"卓越级别" 和《法律名人录》中的 其中一位思想领袖。在2026年，他于《钱伯斯大律师指南》被评选为 "第一级别" 资深大律师，并再次荣获"商业犯罪辩护类别客户选择大奖"。

Benson 在2005年成为英国大律师 （Lincoln’s Inn），在2007年成为香港大律师。 他的执业范畴包括所有刑事诉讼的审讯和上诉， 并特别专长于有跨境两岸和国际成份的白领和有组织犯罪案件。 他在不同的法律界指南上也被评选，包括《钱伯斯大律师指南》、《法律500强》、《法律名人录》和 其他专家指南。 他也曾受聘在外地法庭就香港的刑事法和程序提供专家证供，他亦曾向国际集团就它们在香港法下潜在的刑事和监管责任提供法律意见。

他是香港刑事诉讼程序规则委员会成员之一，亦是香港特别行政区较高级法院出庭发言权评核委员会考官之一。

他是《Archbold Hong Kong》 有关贪污一章的特约作者，也是香港大律师公会其中一名讼辩训练员，并曾在海外提供讼辩培训。 他亦曾是香港大学刑事程序的 兼任讲师，也曾获邀到北京大学法学院作演讲解释香港刑事诉讼程序。
