简介

祁资深大律师在里兹大学修读数学并获得理学士学位。

他在1977年成为英国大律师，并在1982年搬至香港时成为香港大律师。 他在2005年成为资深大律师。他是香港香港仲裁师协会的资深会员。

他专门于香港和海外法庭或仲裁庭的基建或建筑纠纷执业。 他也曾在很多不同案件参与调解、审裁和担任仲裁员。 在成为资深大律师后，他在民事诉讼方面和仲裁方面也扩展到其他不同的范畴。
