簡介

Benson 是一位刑事大律師，並在2024年獲委任為資深大律師。同年他於《錢伯斯大律師指南》 白領刑事罪行領域中被評選為最高級的 “星級人物” 級別 (成為全港首位)，並榮獲"商業犯罪辯護類別客戶選擇大獎"。在2025年，他成為刑案權威書籍《Archbold Hong Kong》總編，同年亦出任高等法院暫委法官。他在《道爾指南》領先刑事資深大律師中被評選為最高級別的"卓越級別" 和《法律名人錄》中的 其中一位思想領袖。在2026年，他於《錢伯斯大律師指南》被評選為 "第一級別" 資深大律師，並再次榮獲"商業犯罪辯護類別客戶選擇大獎"。

Benson 在2005年成為英國大律師 （Lincoln’s Inn），在2007年成為香港大律師。 他的執業範疇包括所有刑事訴訟的審訊和上訴， 並特別專長於有跨境兩岸和國際成份的白領和有組織犯罪案件。 他在不同的法律界指南上也被評選，包括《錢伯斯大律師指南》、《法律500強》、《法律名人錄》和 其他專家指南。 他也曾受聘在外地法庭就香港的刑事法和程序提供專家證供，他亦曾向國際集團就它們在香港法下潛在的刑事和監管責任提供法律意見。

他是香港刑事訴訟程序規則委員會成員之一，亦是香港特別行政區較高級法院出庭發言權評核委員會考官之一。

他是《Archbold Hong Kong》 有關貪污一章的特約作者，也是香港大律師公會其中一名訟辯訓練員，並曾在海外提供訟辯培訓。 他亦曾是香港大學刑事程序的 兼任講師，也曾獲邀到北京大學法學院作演講解釋香港刑事訴訟程序。
