簡介
Jeffrey read law at Queen Mary, University of London and completed his PCLL at the Chinese University of Hong Kong where he was awarded a partial scholarship. He was called to the Bar in 2010.
Jeffrey combines his powerful advocacy skills with formidable legal analysis, commercial sense and tactical judgment. He is cultivating his civil practice and he brings to the table considerable experience in matrimonial matters, especially in connection with matrimonial finance and in relation to child related disputes. His experience spans complex issues such as third-party claims on matrimonial property and the enforcement of pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Regularly instructed as sole advocate, Jeffrey is adept at conducting trials and providing written submissions in both English and Chinese, bringing a bilingual and versatile approach to his practice.
In 2023, Jeffrey sat as a Deputy District Judge, Family Court.
