簡介

祁資深大律師在里茲大學修讀數學並獲得理學士學位。

他在1977年成為英國大律師，並在1982年搬至香港時成為香港大律師。 他在2005年成為資深大律師。他是香港香港仲裁師協會的資深會員。

他專門於香港和海外法庭或仲裁庭的基建或建築糾紛執業。 他也曾在很多不同案件參與調解、審裁和擔任仲裁員。 在成為資深大律師後，他在民事訴訟方面和仲裁方面也擴展到其他不同的範疇。
